This shield is on a German Boker 2052. I am looking for any info on shield. Struck out with search engines and database foo, as well as BF Boker Mod, Germany and USA. Cross posted to traditional, maintenance, and Boker.

The shield was not installed by Boker.
That's a bubba job.

Certainly Boker has provided no info for this serialized 2052, and a few over in traditionals agree that shield is added DIY. Thanks for your craftsman eye Bill.
