Hi Everybody,

So I was doing a little research and I have questions.

Which cross is right or which would you all like better ?

Some info says it is this

I've always liked the early Jerusalem Cross (#1), but the later Crusader's Cross (#2) is very nice.
I vote #1. ;)

Lookin' AWESOME Mr. Brown!!!!

I wasn't fortunate enough to buy a Crusader but I will say that I agree with your choice as it being the most accurate to what I imagine as Crusader's cross would have been. That's what I would have put on my shield anyway....which I think means #3 or the one you already have on the mutant.

I also didn't make the cut to receive the TG Crusader
But, had I............my preference would be your #2 which is similar to what Steel Flame uses.

I got one and would be interested in whatever you come up with.
From a quick search....
"Discovery of one of the first Jerusalem Crosses

This Jerusalem Cross was unearthed, by a team of American archeologists, in the hidden tomb of the first Christian King of Jerusalem. Scholars have found that the large central cross represents the strength of Christianity. The four smaller crosses represent the spread of Christianity to the four corners of the earth. And the red of the garnets represent God's sacrifice for man.

The simpler form of the cross is known as the "Crusaders' Cross", because it was on the papal banner given to the Crusaders by Pope Urban II for the First Crusade, and was a symbol of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem. The four smaller crosses are said to symbolize either the four Gospels or the four directions in which the Word of Christ spread from Jerusalem. Alternately, all five crosses can symbolize the five wounds of Christ during the Passion. This symbol is also used in the flag of Georgia."

I like 2. The third one is actually a Gothic style cross meaning it's inspired by east Germanic people from the roman era to medieval times called the Visigoths and Ostragoths.

No. 3 in a shield like No. 2. When I think of a Crusader I picture a dude with a shield

While #1 might be most historically accurate for a Crusader, I personally agree with your choice of #3. That is the one I would like. And I was one of the lucky "chosen ones", so I will be ordering a sheath from you in the not to distant future.:D
