There are several here. I have one from Dave, Horsewright and it is awesome. Small of the back carry for tops scandi. Is just what I had in mind when I contacted Dave. He does top notch, quality work. I have not purchased from the other sheath makers so I can speak for their work.

D D14 I do, as many custom sheath makers do, require the knife to be sent to me to make the sheath. Each sheath is made to, for and fitted to that specific knife. Even my own knives needing a new sheath, I need the knife back to build a new sheath.

I've been taking custom orders for sheaths as well, but like Horsewright said, the knife needs to be sent here in order for proper measuring/fittup. Not sure what type of knife you have, but I've been making a lot of pocket style sheaths with UltiClips for edc/hunter sized blades lately.
