Custom Strider Folder

I have had my tanto for a while now. With the kydex holster Mick makes it is perfect for just about any activity. I wear it with my cammies under my blouse. It is a great way to conceal a large powerful knife.
I have used it to dig a few hasty hides. I have also used it to clip my cigars. I have not pried too much with it yet, but when I do I will let you know. As usual they have produced an incredible piece of gear.

I have one of each. My Tanto is daily wear while assigned as a flight officer in an LE helicopter. It rides in the Strider kydex sheath behind my Glock, and is awesome. I also have a Prototype spearpoint that I have carried a bit off-duty. It is now riding in a heavy-duty custom kydex sheath by Skunkworks in the same manner that Mr. Joshua is carrying his. They are very sharp, indestructable, and the best heavy-duty folder out there, and a flat steal for the money. I have cut everything from salami to cutting through the roof of a Cadillac with the Tanto-no problem with either.

How long does it take to get a custom strider folder from the time you order to the time it arrives at your door step? I heard that they are in limited supply and it takes time to make one.
Hey guy's,maybe i could help with some info i already know !!! I know that the folder is handmade and i'm having them buff out the Tiger Stripe finish so to me that's custom!!
I know that the blade is 3/16'' thick of BG42 heat treated by Paul Bos,Titanium liner's and black G10 handle slab's !! The wait is approx. 90 day's, my knife was ordered and paid for on March 8 and i have a ship date of June 15 on my invoice !!! I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic in South Florida and the unit # on my rescue truck that i've been on for year's is 27 and lucky me the #27 Tanto was still up for grab's when i contacted Strider and spoke to Steve !!! I plan on using this one for work and decide to clip it in my pocket instead of getting the Kydex holster (i carry enough S**T on my belt)although the Kydex sheath look's like Awesome!!! I have nothing but good thing's to say about the Strider guy's,there great to deal with and they put out a great product!! What else can you ask for !?!?!?
