Dealing with Japenese vendors

I recently sold a bunch of my customs to pay for a Loveless being advertised by a Japense vendor. He sent photos, prices, etc, but now I get no response at all. This wouldn't seem unusual except that all of the Japense vendors I have been e-mailing have suddenly dropped from the face of the earth, or just don't respond. Is this unusual? Is there a reason? Does anyone have a reputable vendor over there they've dealt with and can recommend?

Frustrated in Cleveland...

Send me his info and I see what I can do.

Yes, I do have a outstanding person to recommend.

There aren't any specific listings of Japense sites that I've found. I had done a Goggle search on R.W. Loveless and several of the sites that came back were from Japanese collectors or merchants. I understand he had a shop over there and, subsequently, there are a lot of Loveless knives in Japense collections.
