Important Info! Deceased makers

George Tichbourne
Stu Bold

Both of whom helped found the Canadian Knifemaker's Guild

Thread sounds kind of familiar. Did this subject come up some years ago?
Only ask cause I remember chiming in:
Scott Taylor, MS, @ Feb., 2005, IIRC :(

My goal is to build a website with all of the names mentioned. I have approx 75 catalogs and brochures with info and pics about the makers. I hope to be able to pay someone to help me scan all of the brochures along with pics and link them to the makers. I have been in the industry for 27 years and do not know some of the lesser known makers. If you have any pics or know where there might be some info about them and their knives, it would be appreciated. So, if anyone has any skills to help, please e mail me at brantonknives@tds.net

I could be mistaken, but I believe that he is alive and living in Florida.

As Mark Twain wrote after an obituary was mistakenly published for him, ""The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated." ;)
