View attachment 818576 My Son has been asking me to make one of these for some time and we worked out a design based on screen shots and other cosplay pics. I finally finished it up today in time for Christmas for him 
I made it from 1/4in thick 5160 with an epoxy soaked 550 cord wrapped handle. Overall it is 15 3/4in with a 10in blade. We are both very happy with the results
