Disassembling Kershaw Blackout 1550?

I have an old Kershaw Blackout. Old enough that the blade says, "Patent Pending". I think I got it in 1999. Torsion bar is shot. Got the 2 Torx screws out easily enough. But the last screw is brass (I think?) and it threads into a brass sleeve. The problem is that the sleeve rotates every time I try to remove the screw. Sleeve has 2 small notches. Tried inserting a small screwdriver into the notches but there's not enough bite and it still rotates. I think I need a spanner with 2 small pins or something that I can insert into both notches at the same time. Anyone have a tool or technique they've used? Attached pic is the sleeve showing the notches. Thanks.

Maybe try squeezing the handles together tightly while trying to unscrew it. This might hold the sleeve tight enough to get the screw out.

A small pair of snap ring pliers might fit those 2 grooves also.

Kershaw has a good warranty. Any reason you don't just send it to them and let them fix it?

O.B.

Thanks for the replies. Thought about snap ring pliers. Mine appear to have grown legs. That little hex bit would do the trick. Might fashion something like that out of a cheap screwdriver. Could send it to Kershaw and wait 6 weeks. Or just have them send the part. Simple enough fix except for this screw being stuck.

Last time I cleaned/lubed my Blackout (quite some time ago) I think I used a small pair of needle-nose pliers
