Recommendation? Does annealed bar stock need to be normalized after grinding to shape?

Hi everybody, im currently trying my hand at my first knife and im excited. I obtained an annealed 1095 billet and cut it to shape and ground in my bevels. My question is, do i need to normalize before attempting a HT? Thanks in advance!

In theory it should be good to HT as is
But a lot of guys here like to normalize it themselves just to be sure to be sure,as we say here in Ireland
Maybe the odd bar of steel gets out of the mill not in ideal state, you never know

If it was annealed and only ground, it should be fine to HT as-is.
