Does this site seem legit?

Some of these prices seem on point, some too high. One particular knife of what I am interested is below cost what others are asking.

I’ve never delt with this company and I’m kind of suspicious of dealers I don’t know. They have reviews online that don’t appear to be bots. But looking them up on street view I can’t see a store front. Not a deal breaker… but I AM a suspicious person.

Seems legit from a look. If you Google the phone number, there are all kinds of accounts for the person going back at least a few years, plus all his Whitepages type personal info. The company seems to really be one dude selling new and used watches mainly. If you map the address, the storefront window does have a piece of paper left of the door with the company name. He also seems to run an engraving business out of there, so it probably doesn't have a sign because it's one dude with multiple businesses at one office.

That actually might be a plus for it being legit: people selling fakes don't normally inflate their price. He might just not know the market price because he sells mostly watches.
