I'm editing this posting because I was wrong in my negative review. I believed Tactical Wholesalers hadn't responded to me, and I was wrong. They actually had responded almost immediately, it just wasn't via email so I didn't get it without going back and searching. After leaving this posting up for a few days to make sure anyone following it get's an opportunity to be updated on my mistake, I'll request bladeforums take it down.
I was wrong in my review. Tactical Wholesalers did NOTHING WRONG. I should have called to confirm my assumption before reviewing.

What's your problem with Tactical Wholesalers PghSteve? If you have issues with the knives, send them back or question the manufacturer.

Per another post, one issue was the knife had a spot of oil, for which Fallkniven told you to clean it off...and it worked.

Per above, you sent one e-mail and then two weeks later sent another. Other than not answering your all of 2 e-mails what else have they done to you? Your e-mails could have been lost; blocked by a firewall; someone could be on maternity leave, etc.

Did you call them? If you have a problem, step up and talk to people.

+1

Spam filters can be a big problem too, especially when emailing back and forth with an online business. I run an online business, and a lot of times the customer's spam filter doesn't let our emails through.

My opinion - this shouldn't be here, and you should have extended them the courtesy of a follow up call or email before slandering their name all over the internet.

Hope you're proud of yourself.

Brownshoe and Knifehoarder,
You are both correct, and I was wrong. To be clear - I am the last guy who isn't willing to "step up" and talk to someone I feel wronged me. However, I'm probably too quick to assume the worst when dealing on the internet, because it's so impersonal and there is no one who has to stand and answer to my face if they do me wrong, so I assumed (wrongly) that I was being blown off.
So, I'm "stepping up" to say that I was wrong in my review, and all mis-communication between Tactical Wholesalers and myself is MY FAULT, not theirs. I believed they hadn't gotten back to me because I didn't get an email response. They had responded, almost immediately in fact, via a message board on their website. Because I didn't get an email response, I wrongly assumed that there was no response at all. I went back and checked my email, found a link to their message board, and went to that to discover that they had sent me a response. I contacted them again to apologize for my mistake, and assured them I would update or delete my review, and additionally post positive reviews acknowledging their quick responsiveness - which is why I'm here.
I'm a business owner myself, and I've been on the wrong side of people's incorrect, assumptive reviews, and I understand how damaging it is. Knifehoarder....though i really dislike the tone and being talked down to.... you're correct that I should have gone back and looked for a phone number and verified my assumptions before responding in the way that I did.
I will MORE than make up for my incorrect online review. I don't take these things lightly, and will make sure that I drive more business to them than I could have possibly cost them.
