He's looking for caged bearings, they are staggered double row. They are made by a chinese company using standard 1/16th balls, press fitted into a plastic, not sure which, probably nylon. The thrust bearings are expensive and RJ martin uses them a lot.
The only way you can get them is order in batch from aliexpress from what I gathered. David or Reate knives might be able to help you but honestly the extra rows do not make a difference. It's all about the smoothness of your counterbore, smoothness on your blade flat, lock geometry & pressure and finally your detent. Ceramic detent ball will make your knife much smoother than multi row bearings because that is what is dragging across the blade face.
