Thanks for these pictures and updates. It is kinda neat to see the creation in progress of the "idea" we bought into before it was made. :thumbup:

Can I ask what the spacer is made of. In the earlier picture I couldn't tell if it was g10 or coated aluminum, titanium or steel or what. In these pics it's shiny.

The knife isn't rivoted together is it? I was under the impression it could be taken apart.

The spacers are made of black anodized Aluminum.

I read this earlier and then saw that you posted the question a second time. From everything I have seen and understand the answer to this is no it is not rivoted, but I sure would feel better hearing this from someone directly involved in this project.

This knife looks amazing! I cannot wait for this beauty.Thanks to all involved, especially Gianni and crew at Lion Steel. I know this is gonna be an epic blade. :D

I work for a company that produces stainless steel and Ti. I know this is a stretch and you may not be able to say but do you know where you get the material. I am in the US and didn't know if you got your material over there or if it was imported. I guess I am just curious if maybe some of my SS or Ti may be in these knives.

Thanks sorry if it sounds stupid. I am just really excited about this knife. It will be my most expensive knife to date and I think seeing the pictures and ideas from the very beginning just makes it that much cooler.

Makes the price seem even more reasonable.

This is my first "high dollar" folder, too. Seeing all the information and photos released have made the purchase easier. I carry a folder every day, and I'm always looking for the perfect one. I think this might just be it. Now if the Christmas present to myself would just get here! A couple of the guys at work know that I've got one coming and are waiting to see mine before they commit.
