Durability of the anodized titanium?

I have finally decided to order a blue-violet Tispine. I'm wondering how long or how strong will the anodizing be? That'll determine if it'll be a safe queen or an edc.

Understand mil spec to be the best. Definitely some processes are superior depending on maker.

Thickness = 5 one millionth of an inch is about as thick as it gets with titanium anodization IMHO. Ti ano is much different than aluminum ano. Very different.

If it shows wear then I should have gone with the plain polished titanium... Looks like I won't be edcing it. Oi...

The biggest wear factor is other objects especially metallic in that same pocket.

I have EDCed my SnG (with flame anodized titanium) for 5 months with no noticeable scratches in the titanium clip. The clip gets very banged up. I think you will be fine.

Scratches come when a knife, or anything else is used. What is the problem with using and enjoying it instead of petting it like a barbie doll?
