So, I have been itching to find a 0562TS for a period of time. Don’t care for the whole carbon fiber thing and have several ZT’s with the tiger stripe pattern already. I found some on eBay but I am super hesitant to pull the trigger. Seller has 8,950 positive reviews but the pictures of said 0562TS are of low quality. Anybody have any dealings with an eBayer who goes by asssti and the store name is shop-Magicost? Looks like a big red flag to me but I’m really wanting to purchase this darn knife.

What's red flags do you see??

Primarily that it’s an eBay seller and the grainy photos kind of sketch me out. I’ve been burned before on eBay so I guess I am gun shy.

Could be worth contacting the seller to ask them for some more/better pictures?

First I won't get it from bay, it now charges no-refundable fees on sellers(Don't ask me how I know this)
From that point, I can see you'll have a hard returning in case anything goes wrong.

Why you gotta go using logic? Not a bad idea, I will ask the seller.

Thanks, I was unaware of this. Makes me even more hesitant.

i would say its legit, he sells lots of other zt and benchmades in his listings and has sold a lot already with no complaints

I would say ask for a 30 day free return. There's always a way to remove certain feedbacks. This guy can remove more than you believe at his seller level.

i buy from eBay all the time, i have my favorite sellers and they are all prestige authorized dealers of whatever im looking to buy, can't name them, but they're definitely there --- and so, that's how you will know if the product you are buying is legit. keyword phrase is **authorized dealer**, and you can always go to the actual manufacturers website to fact check, i find it unnecessary though

We don't need to discuss the specifics of a sale occurring on another site.
All it does is advertise the sale.
Closed.
