I have a mint condition Eberhard Schaaf Goldhamster First Class Edition large chef knife with kingwood handle scales, double integral bolsters, and an 8" stainless steel blade for sale. The knife is made in Solingen, Germany, the kitchen cutlery capital of the Western world, and the blade is ice hardened and hand honed. This First Class Edition of the chef knife is, to my understanding, limited in production.
The chef knife listed here has never been used or resharpened, and its original edge from Eberhard Schaaf is sharp. As mentioned before, it is in mint condition, with no marks or scratches that I could find. The original box and papers are included.

For payment on this piece, I strongly prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal or personal check if I know you. If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I reserve the right to wait for personal checks to clear before I ship.
I will consider a trade towards a variety of custom folders or fixed blades or production folders. Of course, in a trade for these knives, appropriate cash adjustments would be made.
I am not interested in serrated blades or production fixed blades.
