190 degree internal, smoked for 2 hours@ 200 then placed in foil packet for 2 hours at 250 then glazed and finished@350 for 1/2 hour. cooked on pitboss pellet grill.

Had a beautiful ride on my favorite twisties and get away .I think what made it that much sweeter is not only is it Father’s Day but I can do it every day this week if I please

The Skinnys really are awesome.

That skinny skinner is a real sleeper huh? I was really amazed how great that knife turned out to be. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Kind of like Pistachio ice cream it blew the doors off my expectations.

Absolutely.
But, in all fairness I've had a regular XM-18 Skinner, that I just loved. The Skinner grind is really dead useful and allround pretty awesome imo.
