PJ w/ a little extra today!
My Throwback Thursday EDC takes us back to the Union Stockyards in Chicago during the Roarin' 20s. This knife probably started life as a Robeson, until Jack Knife Ben reworked and re-stamped it under his brand. Benjamin Chon was an interesting knife entrepreneur, look up his story sometime if you're interested.
A couple of very special knives today. Those who know, know. Those who don’t, won’t
i really love those natrix knives. i’ve ordered *two* XL’s now that have mysteriously disappeared in the mail. you lookin real suspicious these days, USPS...
These two trusty Opinels are in my pocket today.
Mine for today..Mini Canadian and 301
OK, @TenShun705 , @Fullflat , @grybsh7 , I'm continuing our String of Strizhness, as promised yesterday, with my Small version of that knife.
I should be able to handle most anything today with these at hand.
This just came in, Doug Ritter Hogue RSK MK1-G2. It's perfect out of box, centered, smooth action, and sharp.
Me too. And this little copper version has one of the best Kershaw actions I've had. Hope you get made whole on your loss.
Today's a Cold Steel trio kind of day, though not all at the same time.
This is will my new carry for the next few weeks. I just bought it off the Forums here. Endura Hap40/sus410 with custom micarta scales.
Throwback Thursday. Actually all of my recent post (and future post) will most likely be A Trip Down Memory Lane. As a lot (if not all) of the knives posted I still own, and features the knife I'm carrying today (or that day).
I guess it's like the saying says, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." And I really like how these photos turned out (making me even more reluctant to recreate them, LOL). Not to mention there's 700+ (including Moderns, but they're mostly Traditionals).
So I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do . Hope everyone's having a wonderful day !!
Fruitport(s). Irvana (first on the left).
A toast to Strizhness!
