Another hot, sunny day at work on the Cape, though the humidity has dropped considerably. I took a mid-morning break to sit in the shade of my trailer for a bit of a snack and a bottle of water.

My woven pith helmet looks more than a little goofy, but it keeps the hot sun off my dome and provides a little wearable shade.

That looks like a sweet knife to me. Nicest Civivi I ever saw.

I love it so far and the deep carry clip is so much nicer compared to the praxis or backlash due to the recessed screws. I'm considering getting the rosewood model as well.

ChazzyP and I were talking about that actually but I was hesitant to cite a non-supporting vendor. I have a number of sets from them on the way, they have a $20 minimum order, so I don't mind helping out if someone just wants a set.

The Yojimbo is such a cool knife, especially in that configuration! If they ever give it a 4" blade, backlock, and an Emerson opener, it would take alot of effort to keep myself from buying one.

Thank you Josh That one on top (also the one in the pic below, although the scales appear quite different from one side to the other) is a RunningMan Forge custom (Justin is awesome) in differentially hardened 1095. OAL 9.5”, with a 4.5” blade. Handle is stabilized purple dyed box elder burl. I really dig it

Thanks brother, I've stopped there several times and have never saw a fish. I was a good twenty feet away and had my camera zoomed way out to get this picture. These native Brook are super wild. I have a video of this one and another in the same small pool of water. There camo is something else..
