I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Sean at Edgeworks in Frederick MD for his generosity. I am humbled to say that Sean donated a knife to a giveaway I am holding on my Facebook group. I bought the knife while he was out of town on a much needed vacation, but received a message from him later, stating that it was a gift, and he would credit my account. My first time visiting his shop, already an established knife dealer in MD, the last store front in MD, was on my birthday some years ago, when Sean had just closed on the business and was the new owner. Since then, I have traded with him and gotten some good deals. Not only for myself, but for family, friends etc. Everyone needs a knife, right? Anyway, Sean and his crew are good people. Their prices are reasonable for a brick and mortar store, and he carries a wide array of custom, midtech, production knives. Both he and his crew know knives also, and will talk with you, and actually care about getting you the right knife for your needs, but do not pressure you into something you don't want. They've found that balance, and are dyed in the wool knife nuts. Tactical, EDC, traditional. All quality. If you are passing through Frederick MD, stop in and tell him Dan sent you.

A humble suggestion, you should change the title of the thread to "Edgeworks in Frederick, MD."
That may grab the attention of those in our area who are unaware of the shop.
I have been there several times, myself. Thankfully for my bank account it's far enough away that I don't make it there often.
They stock all kinds of knives, but a lot of other fun stuff as well. Puzzles and games, an awesome dart selection, etc.

Good idea, I edited the title. Man, if I was in Carroll County I'd probably be there every weekend!

Sean is a great guy in an out.

He has given me great deals on all the knives I've purchased from him.

Not only that but he is very knowledgeable about knives and he takes the initiative to talk to everyone who comes in personally and asks if they have any questions.

If your ever in Maryland and want to kill some time talking about knives, go to Edgeworks
