$385 MSRP. Pay day is Friday, although this is almost 3x my normal knife budget...
 
why didn't they use that guard style on all the EKs =o( that is my ONE complaint about the new versions even if they had used that shape and kept it in the black steel....this is sweet though....

That is my ONLY complaint about my ek4. I've been thinking of having my friend with a forge bend the other tab up cause I prefer the 1095 crovan (plus I don't want to afford this version).

Thanks knoefz, the walnut looks much better than the maple, and the reprofiling of the handle makes it a lot more comfortable. I would like to get a polished one with brass guard and micarta handle and give it the same treatment.
