In one of TIAT's videos he showed how to braid a bracelet around a hair tie.

This is an awesome technique. You could use shock cord too, but you would have to tie a knot or use some sort of fastener. Hair ties are good because they are made of high grade rubber and are already in a seamless loop.
To make these I used a single piece of paracord for each one. About 2 feet for every inch. When i got to the end, I just went over it a second time to make it a King Cobra bracelet. You have to tie these a bit loose so they dont bind the elastic and they have some stretch.
Ones made with this method are the most comfortable bracelets I have ever worn.
