The following pics show the pivots are the same size:

The black pivot is the ER's and the bottom is the SNG's pivot.

I did a blade swap and the ER's blade fits the SNG's pivot and vice-versa.

Imagine the ER's blade with G-10 handles and the SNG's blade with aluminum handles.

Here' a pic of SNG disassembled.

Kai:

Very nice, very nice indeed. Great work and effort on your part to answer others questions here.

Keep up the good work, you rock sir.

Great pictures. The Strider blade on aluminum handle looks sharp! Both of those knives are awesome.

Kai,

Thanks for the new pics. They are, how do you say?, phreaking awesome! Of course, now I want a Fulcrum II D and an SnG. Your photos are very inspirational.

I see that Kai's chosen the ER over the SnG in terms of what's being kept and what's being sold as well. Now that is an endorsement!

Thom,
One tactical is enough for me. I didn't need the SNG. I got plenty of good slicing knives. The ER just felt nicer in my hands.

Don't have an SnG yet, but I'll second the feeling of Extrema Ratio folders. Very secure and comfortable.

what are those numbers on the back spine of the fulcrum? unique production number?
