Absolute pleasure to deal with.

Their web store is super nice and clean (they have a brick and mortar shop too, AFAIK).

No hitches, super fast to ship, well packed, and they also include a thank you card (signed by the owner, and i mean actually signed, not a printed signature) and a lollipop :)
 
In what way?
It’s 5-17.5 EUR for Europe, and you get free shipping above a certain price, depending on region.
 
Well as for me who has to ship the knives I buy to France, I would have to pay 11,50€ with free shipping starting at 295€.

And as stated in the website :
  • Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Turkey, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Romania, Croatia, Malta, Switzerland = 17,50 euro (3 - 6 work days) FREE shipping from 450 euro order amount
  • Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia = 25 euro (3 - 10 work days) FREE shipping from 750 euro order amount.
Not exactly the best shipping prices for intra Europe shipping :oops:
