Good Excellent Service from DLT trading--and again and again....

See my subsequent posts below for more Atta-Boys for DLT.

I ordered a Spyderco Fluted Ti Military from DLT Trading just before midnight last Wednesday. DLT had the best price available on the knife, shipped it free-of-charge from Wisconsin the following day, and it was at my PO here on the Cape Saturday. Can't do any better than that!

I was a little surprised at the finish of the show-side slab, and wrote to DLT, sending along a couple pics, asking for their opinion, and requesting they check their stock on hand to compare with my photos. I heard back shortly from DLT owner Jason Thoune who wrote that he'd checked his Ti Millies and their finish was identical to my pics. Regardless, he wrote that they'd gladly accept the return of my knife for full refund should I chose to do so.

I couldn't ask for more from a dealer--great price, fast free shipping, extra effort, excellent response, and a genuine concern for my satisfaction. I'll be sure to look to http://www.dlttrading.com for future knife purchases.

I've dealt with them since 2014, and have always been pleased with their communication & speed of shipping. Good folks!
 
DLT are one of the best. I have been a customer for years and not once has there been an issue.

Couldn't ask for better service.

Had to add that their international shipping rates are the best out of any dealer. 25 odd dollars for FedEx priority to Australia is just amazing!!!

I bought a Hinderer MP1 in red Micarta last week from DLT. Their email newsletter alerted me to a new shipment of Hinderers and I was able to find exactly the knife I'd been wanting for some time. Again, shipping was immediate and the knife got here super quickly. Between signing up for an account and two knife purchases I accumulated enough Bonus Points that I was able to pick up a gorgeous Hinderer Ti South Sister bead for a grand total of 74 cents including shipping.

Jason and the folks at DLT are just super to deal with and are high on the list of excellent dealers. I know this isn't a picture thread, but who doesn't like a little knife porn? :rolleyes:

Got another nice one from DLT this week. Great communication and quick shipping as usual! DLT is quickly becoming my go-to supplier for new knives.

Recently purchased from DLT for the first time.Very good service.Received knife very quickly even though I chose the least expensive shipping option.

I have to add on here too. I made my first order from DLT on Friday. I purchased one of the Bark River Grizzly Cubs, which were just released on Friday. According to the tracking info, it's currently in my mailbox. Who do you guys think you are, Amazon Prime?

Last I checked I noticed you guys don't have that little green https lock on your website? I'm not exactly 100% tech savvy but should I be concerned when inputting information I wish to be encrypted or protected onto your site. Otherwise I have no complaints great service and employees.

Everything dealing with transactions and private info is encrypted, do not worry.
 
I just made my 5th knife purchase this year from DLT and can't say enough good things about their responsiveness and customer service. There was some confusion--all on my end--with this purchase, and staff-member Jordan went out of his way to respond and make an adjustment to be sure I was taken care of and satisfied. DLT was in no way obligated to do what they did, but their outstanding CS will keep me coming back for more.

Just a great dealer!
 
Made my first purchase with DLT on the highly expected PM2 with M390 steel and red g10 scales. The knives will be shipped 11/20 AFSIK. Hope it will be a smooth and fast shipping. OP - I have been looking for a fluted ti millie too. Maybe the price last Wed was different, but as of now at least two other dealers price it $10 cheaper than DLT.

We do price match, send us an email if there's something you want to purchase but is cheaper at another reputable dealer.
