Hey guys! Happy sunday everyone.
Ill try to save your time on this sunday so ill be as clear as possible in the details of this amazing knife.

This is a 230mm workhorse chef knife designed to be a beast of all-around knife in your kitchen.
Things you will be happy by owning this knife:
1 - Its overall shape and balance
2 - Material design
3 - Finish and geometry
4 - Performance

This knife features a very nice hammered finish on the flats while having a deep hollow grind on the bevels. While the stock of the steel is 3mm, i have managed to do this grind using my cnc-machined radius platen that is made to simulate the good old ones that had around 49" of radius.

Ther radius platen i have here is machined to simulate the radius of a grinding stone like these. It is so "open" that it will produce a grind almost flat, but with the amazing magic of the hollow grind.
The magic? Better food release, less friction between blade and food (meaning also you will need to apply less pressure to cut than compared to a flat one).

Its handle sports a very nice custom-made micarta that has a really cool transiction of colors. I dont need to introduce micarta, you all know it, amazing material, probably one of the toughest you can get out there on a knife handle and will require ZERO maintenance overtime.

A picture with no pro lighting and no filter so you can see how the knife does look in "reality".

As mentioned, its grind is the apex of this build and will perform like a formula 1 car on food. It is really thin behind the bevel and will be fast and easy to resharpen it in the future.

As all of my knives, both choil and spine are perfectly rounded for your better experience of use. While the stock is already thin, i did not did distal taper on this one and yet i chose to keep it rigid, as a workhorse, this will definitely be appreciated.
Still have a very aggressive tip.
Will this be fragile? NO. 14C28N is pretty much the same as AEBL, extremely tough and will perform really good under daily use.

You can expect a flawless balance as all my custom designs. This will give you a feeling of complete control over the knife, as well making it feels much ligther than it actually is.

Zero-M (zero maintenance) stands for a series im introducing of knives that im aiming at a near zero maintenance required. Good stainless steel combined with g10, micarta, micarta and composites.
I do guarantee this knife will make its owner happy.
The blade is 14C28N, same as AEBL.
This knife will be delivered ready for use, hand sharpened to 2000 grit. Not a single touch required after delivery.
380$ Shipped with that beautiful zipped pouch included.
Im from Brazil. I dont take Paypal. I can provide tons of references.
