I hope I am not breaking any forum rules. If so I apologize!

I just got off the phone with Fallkniven in Sweden. Their H1 is currently on sale and I was wondering why since I just purchased one. It appears as they are shifting most of the line-up towards LAM COS instead of VG10. So we will possibly see a H1 Lam COS around the corner.

Personally this is one of my favorite FK's which does not get to much attention nowadays. The grip is simply awesome and it perfect for slicing IMO.

EDIT: Seems as it is already released. My bad!!!

Quick question: what's so special about the grip? It looks pretty standard shaped to me. Is it the type of plastic used?

I'm not sure why Fallkniven bothers to laminate their VG10 blades -- the original F1 in VG10 was designed for survival use and I'm not sure the softer 420J sides are significant. Fallkniven claims they add 20% strength but I'm not sure it makes much difference.

Pretty straight forward, the laminate makes it more difficult to snap the blade in two.

That one of the big features on the Fallkniven.

"Noss" made a fun destruction video back in the day.

The reason becomes obvious when watching FK's break-test graphs.
The test results has been official on their website for over a decade now.

Hej Mikael,

Where can I find the break-test graphs? Can't find them on their webpage.
