FAMOUS GHURKA

Lucky enough to meet a few members of that Regiment in Wainwright AB . Polite, unassuming, utterly professional and deadly.

A Nepalese John Wick all of them.
That is GREAT! I would also bet they were humble, honest and gentle people...until they are no longer able to be those things.

For sure .Really great soldiers and good people. I can't imagine anyone feeling anything other than relief if they were on an operation with you.

Nothing like walking your dog on the Salisbury range, and suddenly noticing a dozen smiling Ghorkali looking at you from the bushes ten feet away that you and the dogs hadn't noticed until they let you see them, then turning a corner and seeing the rest of their battalion calmly setting up camp defences near the river bridge they were guarding.
