Fat and Short knifes

I want a new knife.
can be a folder or fixed blade.

The fatter the better with a maximum blade length of 2.5inches

by "Fat" I mean the distance from the spine to the edge and not thickness.

please enlighten me.
 
That's a good start...

But lets think "Fatter"

I want the fat ass fat albert of knifes one that on opening or unsheathing is already wheezing with effort and perspiration is already forming.
 
My DPX HEAT/F is short and chubby. And has the added benefit of still providing a full, 4 finger grip.
 
Benchmade 755 is so close to your max blade length. That for me is the perfect chubby folder.
 
DPX Heat is all I could think of at that blade length.
 
If you want a FAT blade (by your description), you want a Boker Plus BOB. Couldn't find a picture of my own, so I borrowed one. This is one chunky monkey.

Or scaled down from the BOB is the Bobbi and Tunnel Rat. Wow, Boker makes a bunch of odd knives that I'm attracted to. :D

Of for wide blade, but very thin and light, there's the Boker Plus SanYouGo (pocket Santoku).
