I know, it's like asking which is your favorite kid, or grandkid. And yes, different knives are suited to different tasks. But bottom line, when you look at your collection, which one draws you to it the most? For me, at this early point in my collecting days, my favorite is my 110 AE. It is fun, rugged, and looks awesome. If you have a cool story about your favorite, please share!
Thanks

My finger groove 110, bought it 40 years ago.

I wore it out, sent it back to Buck, and still use it everyday at work. Sentimental, useful, bulletproof, priceless to me.

Plus it is the knife that lead me here. So not only has it been a great value over the years, it also cost me a boat load of money, by introducing me to the best enablers on the internet. Lol

I've been thinking about what one Buck is my favorite..It's very difficult decision for me. Would it be one of my 112's I have chased since 2007? Or maybe one I think is iconic like the 110? I like so many different Bucks lolol! In the end I think it has to be one I have had in my hand the most. I keep a small variety of Bucks on my desk and as I looked at the selection this one stood out as perhaps the most used of all my knives. In fact I used it to slice the tops of some strawberries right before reading this thread..20230726_125900.jpg

As I said on another thread that I’m hesitant to call one a favorite because there’s so many designs that are purpose driven and just perform better at that specific task. But I’ve always been fond of the three blade stockman since I was a kid and still carry one along with my large vantage or 110.

My first Buck was a 301 in 1989 and it impressed me so much I bought a 110 for my hunting and camping knife. I still have both of them and still as good as new. I’ve retired the 110 damascus stag cause they don’t make em like that anymore and I have a dozen other 110s to use lol. And four 301 to pick from. Lol
