I just thought I'd share the pix Ferret (AKA Dave Winch) just sent me of my forthcoming carbon fiber Predator. He did a great job! I can't wait to get it!!

It has gotten that you don't have to tell anyone on this forum who made that distinctive knife. You can tell Ferrets' work anywhere. Very nice as always.

Goldarnit it them knives is getting betterer! See the new logo too..
BTW, John's in for a pleasant surprise when he sees what this baby ships in... ;)
 
Ferret:eek: That knife is FU#$ING AWSOME. Do you have a webpage and an online catologue available? Cant wait to see more. Please tell me your prices are in AUD though.
 
Thats one wicked blade grind. Ferret, your skills are improving rapidly. When I get some spare money, I gotta talk to you about building one for me.

I can't wait to see what it ships in. Is it bigger than a breadbox? Is it a shoebox stuffed with $100 bills? A wombat carcass? A kangaroo pouch? Mel Gibson's head?

Just when I thought I could sleep at night not thinking of knives and you come up with this blade style.......:eek:........

I've got to tell ya that I've been in Miami, FL. working on a new fiber-optic site and since I couldn't bring my pistola with me I brought the 'original' Predator to accompany me; the guys really love it! It is a wicked bastid! I used a polished steel on the blade and, man, does it cut!!!!!

Might have to send ya another birthday card........;)
 
That thing is just plain evil wicked and nasty!:D And like Keith says, Ferret's style is instantly recognizable. I would never think to make shapes like that.

What does that piece weigh with the carbon fiber scales?? Gorgeous exotic blade profile...

Umm...Ferret...thou may hath insulted my ladies honor...but just a little. ;)
My dearest love Pyroradical here just happens to be of the superior sex and not one of us lowly been out in the shop gridnin' knives, and sweatin all day guys.*grins*
But its okay...she is very forgiving...last time I insulted her honor all I had to do was give her a knife....I'm sure you two can work out a similar deal. :D;) lol.
