Those are precision graduations, and yes I did.Did you use the gouges on the scales as a cutting guide

Clearing some more venison out the freezer. Today it’s jalapeño cheddar venison brats.
Brats are usually all pork so it’s a 50/50 blend.
All the ingredients mixed pre-grind. I like using my bushfinger to break down these big cuts.
Ground , stuffed and twisted. This is 4 lbs of sausage.
Off the grill with peppers and onions
