Hello all! This is my first post and knife. I was wondering if I could get some pointers on the knife I made, and maybe a few tips for a beginning knife maker. This knife I made was using stock removal, but I am going to try and start forging knifes. Any thoughts on my first knife, or beginner tips would be much appreciated.

It looks like you have a nice knife to start with, Like Lycosa said bigger pics so we can see more detail.

Do a lot of reading or seek professional instruction to narrow the learning curve. Starting with good steel and knowing the properties thereof for proper heat treatment is essential. Then........just dive in (it appears that you have) and have fun!

I feel kind of dumb for asking, but since i'm new to the site, what is a good way to upload pictures that are bigger?
