Hey there, up for sale here are three AEB-L Stainless Santoku blades. All blades where heat treated by Peter's Heat Treat to 61HRC. Each blade was flat-ground to around .010-15s of an inch before slightly convex grinding to approximately .00-.02 to improve cutting performance. The spine on each blade is around 0.10 at it's thickest point. The height (width) of each blade is just under 2" (inches). Each knife was sharpened with an approximate 15-20 degree bevel.
