I believe the emitter is an XP-L, guessing lumens are around 300, just about any battery you can get in an E Series body 3.7v-9v (RCR123, CR123, 16340, 17670, 16650), this Vital Gear body takes a CR123, RCR123 or 16340. Linear driver ( high, medium, low), no programming.
