flashlights

I have a couple cheapo lights.. One is a nebo AA with a tail cap, that's got to be 6+ yrs old..
Ones a Gerber gift pack, AA led.

My go to light, is normally a Princeton Remix 150 lumen max with green led option..

So I decided to get a little serious, since my nebo is about shot out..

I just picked up a Olight S10r and a green lense filter..
I'm looking forward to it showing up and pretty cool to see your posts about them.

Cause I happen to have bought it before I saw this thread! Lol

The Olight Baton series are SWEET!
I grabbed one of the LE Ti Baton S1's and after using it for a week, I had to have the S2.

I've been strongly considering an S2 myself! :D I already have the 18650's too.

Recently bought a Nebo Larry C flashlight with COB LED, nice bright close area floodlight to light up a room/tent/engine compartment or whatnot, and an Olight RCR123A battery for my S1 Baton, less runtime than primary CR123 batteries but a money saver in the long run with a supposed 500 recharge cycles in one battery.

Ok, so I thought I bought a Olight S10r baton. I thought 40$ was pretty good.
Until it showed up today!

Ended up with a Baton II! 500 lumen over 400 lumen!
Super Stoked with this little light! I nabbed a green lense filter with it and the combo of the two, is short of amazing!

I now have a new lighted view on life! Lol..

Are any of them customs or one-offs? Can't claim to be a flashlight junkie without one of those:thumbup:.

If you don't know based on the extensive list provided, you don't have the right to make that statement. [emoji12]

A number of the lights listed are customized or built to spec.

I have been carrying a McGizmo Haiku for my EDC for years. I am also a huge fan of Prometheus/Dark Sucks; he makes fantastic lights!! I have one of his Blue label lights, and I LOVE it. It has a battery that is rechargeable. I would HIGHLY recommend getting one of his lights!! Outstanding quality & price!

I'm not a big flashlight guy, but I certainly appreciate how darn handy they are! I like small and simple lights that work well on a keychain set-up. Used to just buy those cheap dollar store lights, run 'em until they died, and replace with a new one, but it started to bother me how wasteful this habit was.

A few years ago, I picked up a Fenix E01. Excellent keychain light: small, well built, takes a single regular AAA battery (replacements readily available pretty much anywhere--a big plus, imo), more than adequate 13 lumen output and 21hr runtime. I realise the E01 is not very impressive in the flashlight aficionado world, but man, the difference between it and the crappy junk I was buying before really blew my hair back! I abandoned 'landfill destiny' lights forever.

Just few weeks ago, I saw something that really caught my eye: a Nitecore Tube. Very affordable, small, thin, mini USB rechargeable, and capable of running 48hrs at 1 lumen or 1hr at 45 lumens on a single charge. I was impressed and had to try one, even though my E01 is still going strong. So far, it's excellent...

I never really used a flashlight until I got some pen light deal off eBay for like 4 bucks. After that, I got into copper, and bought an olight s1 baton in copper. I've carried it every day since then, about 2 months ago. I love it. I can cleanly say it is the best purchase I have made between both knives and gear. I use it every day.

I'm not a huge flashlight freak but I do have a couple.
Recently I snagged this Eagletac D25C Ti.
It pushes out almost 500 with a lithium ion battery and about 340 with a regular cr123.
Love how small and pocketable this one is.
