New here. Looking for help finding a knife, please!

I've been trying to find a folding knife with a belly that's further from the spine than any part of the handle/scales (or non-cutting part of the blade, as flippers have) with a length >2.5" (ideally 3.5-4"). Basically, I want a small folding chef's knife where I can get the belly right up to the board. The Spyderco Junior is pretty much the only thing I've found, but ideally I would want something in the $100-ish range instead of the $300-ish range. Any more suggestions?

PS: Apologies if I did something wrong with this post; I tried to read the rules!

Just tilt this a little bit and it works.

It's the number 1 chef and picnic folding knife.

Wow, fast responses! The Opinel is great (I use a 10 on picnics) but it's just shy of being ideal (b/c of required tilting and fat handle). I'll look into the AG Russell. Ty, both!

Check out the AG Russell folding chef's knife. ATS 34 steel with a very thin grind. Great slicer.
I have the folding santoku from AGR as well but I prefer the ATS 34 Japanese made version over the santoku.
The handle on the santoku is more comfortable if you have a lot of prep but for my use of prepping for 1 or 2 the folding chefs knife does the job.

Update: OMG the AG Russells were exactly what I was looking for! Now just deciding between the two models. Thank you so much!!

Check Amazon, they have several models of folding chef's knives. I always check Amazon. They and their vendors sell LOTS of knives of all types.
