Here is my first Folding dagger, French made circa 1830-1860? No marks on the knife anywhere. It is 7 1/2" closed and locks up tight. s-l64(1).jpg s-l500.jpg

I think this Puma Medici falls into the dagger category. 1991 vintage if I remember correctly. About 4" closed.

Great chances are she comes from Chatellerault, known as "virtue-"or "prostitute-" dagger. Do I see a lockback?

Nice score, Mike!! They were very necessary back in the day (maybe even today??)!

I think this qualifies. Anyway, when we thought we needed them back in Junior High School, it wasn't for food prep.
