Folding Gun that Looks Like a Cell Phone

I can already see complaints about the design having sharp edges that either make shooting uncomfortable, or cutting the hand when it's fired.

This, AND making anti gunners paranoid that any cell phone can be a gun.... On no!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm a 2nd amendment supporter through and through but I can see the BATF throwing a fit over this.

The ATF throws fits over everything. They're the spoiled millennials children of government agencies.

Probably by the same people who complain about rug burns from an air bag going off in a 50MPH crash...

Which in itself can cause more harm than good.

If it's too uncomfortable to practice with, and verify that it's going to work, then it's ultimately no good. And the hollow, open forward portion of the grip doesn't look conductive of encouraging practice.

Interesting idea, but it might be simpler to just use a holster that looks like a cell phone holster.

I would guess/assume (and we all know what THAT means) that this gun is not something you'd spend a whole lot of time at the range with.
I see it as something that you carry if you can't carry anything else, or as a backup to your regular gun.

As long as it shoots, and as long as you know how to unfold it and point-shoot, it's gonna' serve its purpose, just like my airbag analogy: it may leave you looking like you've gone a round with Tyson, but it prevented you from dying.
I've heard more than a few people say that they don't particularly enjoy shooting their EDC beyond a few rounds when they go to the range and shoot their other guns, but they chose their gun for specific reasons.
Tradeoffs...

That doesn't look like a cell phone.

Its just a click bait fad that may or may not come to fruition and may or may not sell some units and then fall of the face of the earth becoming a stupid collectors piece in 20 years. Just the way I see it. Who the hell even buys that shit....

I would rather have to draw from deep concealment under 2 jackets and a shirt or something like that before pulling out a phone gun and unfolding it to get 2 shots. Blah. Just click bait.
