Folding knife sheath suggestions

I was lucky enough this Christmas to get a Kramer Picnic Mini folding knife. I love it, except for the fact that it doesn’t have a clip and I’m hesitant carrying it around loose in my pocket as I don’t want it scratching up my phone or getting scratched by keys, etc. I was hoping someone had encountered a similar issue before and knew of a high quality leather or synthetic sheath / pouch that would work well for pocket carry. Would love if the pouch had a clip itself but that’s secondary honestly. Much appreciated!

I second KSF. They sell a pocket sheath with a magnetic flap that holds it in place vertical and works well in a front or rear pocket.
Best design I've ever seen,Very well thought out and executed.

Check out collector knives.
They sell traditionals and have more than a few pocket slip options and probably belt sheaths as well.
I don't have any but I'm seeing them all the time over on the porch ( traditional section here )

I appreciate the feedback so far, it's been helpful. Unfortunately most of the leather ones I saw on KSF were a little too bulky or wide to work for me. I'm trying to keep things as slim as possible, and the rigid full grain leather slip sheaths seem like they'd add more size than I'm comfortable with (has to fit in pocket with wallet and keys). The Case pocket knife slips look a little slimmer so I might pick one of those up.

Synthetics tend to be a little thinner than leather - has anyone seem something woven that might work instead?

Check Hitch and Timber I have the runt 2.0 for my fenix e12 and Lionsteel roundhead. A little pricey but worth the money

You might get away with the small version, depending on whether you want the knife fully contained; but this is smaller than some of their other slips, and not as rigid. I'll try to remember to get a comparison picture later.

Here's a comparison shot between the standard KSF slip and the (large) buffalo leather, with a Spyderco Mantra2 in the buffalo leather.

Frankly, I think the fit is a bit snug; so this may not be the right option, depending on how close in size the mini-picnic is to the mantra 2. (Unfortunately, that one insertion left it misshapen, so the knife I usually carry in it falls out, now...another project )

*edited to add*
To be clear, the Mantra2 wasn't a horrible fit; and the sheath would probably stretch a bit... I just don't want to fuss much when I reach for my knife.

Thanks for the shots. That looks like one of the better options so far, just wasn't crazy about the finish - was hoping to get smooth leather.

Kramer makes slips to fit that exact knife. Why not try that?
As far as I know, they only have slips for the Picnic, not the Mini. I didn't receive one with the knife and I couldn't find anything online about it. Have you seen one before? I'd love to get one from them if possible.

It's things like this which make me really disappointed that the Rainbow of California knife pouches were discontinued. I have three in different sizes before REI ran out. They were decent quality nylon with working Velcro closures.

I carry my LM Juice, Crater, and a few smaller folding knives in them. You might also try to find an old Sog Paratool nylon sheath. I use that for my CS Mini Recon. Last, if you don't mind a clip instead of a belt loop, both LM and Victorinox make decent belt pouches for their MT's/SAK's. I have a few, including three larger Swisstool sheaths for many of my 3.4"-3.7" folders.

Compare prices though. My SAK belt pouches were around $10 straight from the Victorinox store in the Mall of America (bought 3 in person and then called in a phone order for three more through the mail).

Hear are a couple three to consider.
This is a leather Swiss Army pouch. Has a metal belt clip and the clip is even covered with leather.
I have a few and use them different ways. For a Stockman medium and some SAKs I close the flap over the knife and tuck it under the band as intended. For my Trappers I push the flap down in the pouch and leave the top of the knife exposed. It is a snug fit so this works perfectly.

Then there is the good 'O Buck 110 pouch which is larger.
The synthetic pouch next to it is my most used pouch. It is an ammo clip pouch. It has a metal belt clip and quite a long length of velcro so I can put a variety of knives in this pouch. Obviously that is a Cold Steel Ti Lite IV. I prefer the Ti Lite with the pocket clip removed so I carry in a pouch.

Same pouch with a Griptillian

Same pouch with two Ti Lites. I custom ground the blades into work knives and they are quite different from each other so I sometimes carry both in one pouch.

I bought these from the on line store beginning with a small "a" named after a river and women who carry bows.

I"d reach out directly to them to find; stuff like that doesn't always wind up online. Short of that the one Horsewright posted looks like a winner.
