Actually the XM-24 was not fit for the job - Sorry Rick - but the wider blade and the razor edge of the ZT 0308 made it perfect for slicing

I absolutely love Caprese, with sweet balsamic and EVOO, heirloom tomatoes (Yellow), Fresh sweet leaf basil and Burrata. Man I'm gonna have to hit the store now.
