Food and Blades

Finally putting that nice slab of ground Venison to use. We will see in a few hours :)

I have not made chili in years

1.5 lbs Venison
Diced glazed Ham from X mas
Two beans
Onion
Bell Peppers
Jalepenio / sweet chili sauce
Spices

And some luck. Should be good no matter what I suppose.

Using a folder to cut food seems like a huge no to me.

Use fixed blade people, you don't want food poisining from bacteria stuck in your folder.

A buddy and I have manly cook offs every now and then where we'll buy all kinds of appetizer ingredients and stuff for on a grill and cook a whole line of things using strictly our folders. So much fun. Just gotta wash the blade like any utensil.

I’m not afraid of pulling most knives apart either. Most of my users get pulled apart and cleaned when needed.
