This is a serving knife by Thomas Lecas (blade XC75, boxwood handle).
It is indeed a romanesco cabbage.
Today, I simply baked it in the oven.
With a mixture of eggs, mascarpone, parmesan.

 

I know what I want for breakfast.

 

anyway to get the recipe? I would not even know where to to find romanesco cabbage.

 

It's the same thing as broccoflower I find locally I think?
