I have my little metal suitcase with glass top with all three Patrón tequilas, Silver, Reposado and Anéjo and it's all mine, mine, mine!

I'm also a big fan of El Tesoro Platinum.

Here's are some cool links for those who prefer to drink Tequila::thumbup:

I have been known to take a sample from my bottle of Sauza Tres Generaciones Reposado upon occasion....

My favorite that I have personally tasted... Jose Cuervo reserva de familia. Smoooooothest tequilla ever! Not cheap either, was about $90 a bottle about 6 years ago. A decent straight up drinkable is my posted pic...

edited to add: a hopeful linky for Jose Cuervo Reserva de familia www.tequilasource.com/cuervoreserva/ this is more of a info/recc link than where to get it. I have the 1997 version. Kinda cool, I will look around for the other years. The box is actually pretty cool.

There are lots of good ones including those that have been mentioned. I much like Maestro Tequilero. A good inexpensive mezclado (not 100% agave) is Viuda de Romero (I know my grandma liked it).

I picked up the Tequila drinking several years back when I was in New Mexico for several months. I tasted quite a few brands and for me anyways, El Tesoro Platinum came out on top. I do like the Patrõn Silver when I can't find the Platinum.

Amazing what a Surefire behind the bottle will do...lol.

The best I ever tasted was a white lightening version I found in a small village about 75 northeast of Creel. An old man was was selling this stuff in quart plastic syrup bottles for a buck (US) a bottle. We tried it and bought six bottles off the guy. It was the most pleasant and smoothest tequila ever...just fantastic sipped neat. One of those once in a lifetime finds.
