Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the Cuoco 8 knife. This is a full chef's knife made of 1070 steel.
The knife has an 8.5-inch blade, 50 millimeters high and 3 millimeters thick.
Its weight is 167 grams.
Extremely aggressive wire geometry.
Handle in Brazilian Ironwood.
Phosphate finish.
Comes with cowhide leather sheath, made and sewn by hand.
