Found Set of Bone (?) Handled Knives Stamped TD Qualite Superieure Paris and RVBH

I found a set of 12 knives in an old house, today. The handles appear to be bone or ivory. Some of the knives are stamped Qualite Superieure Paris with T*D* in the middle and some are stamped RVHB clockwise in a triangular shape. My google fu is failing me. Anyone know anything about these?
 
RVBH is a region in Germany ,sure you read it right ?? The H B is for handle bone if you have it correct ,hard to read when in a triangle a lot like porcelain.Hope this helps...
