I'm gonna preface this by saying Kershaws customer service is great.
So I bought this knife a little while ago as a light little slicer to not weigh down my sweatpants when I'm wearing them around the house. I love the knife but the only issue is it didn't have a deep carry clip. Well there is no aftermarket for this so I started wandering the kershaw site looking for a knife with a deep carry clip and the same screw pattern well I found exactly that in the "Valmara". So I called Kershaw and asked if I could purchase the clip and the reps exact response was "oh I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the clip on your Valmara I'll get one right out to you at no charge sir. Is that OK with you?";):D:cool:(basically wink wink nudge nudge)........and it showed up today and fits and carries great.

I love KAI’s customer service. When I received my fraxion it didn’t have the deep carry clip but half of the photos on the knife websites showed a D/C clip. I contacted KAI and they sent me the D/C clip.

Really? Everything I found was just the stock clip that came on mine. The rep never even mentioned that the deep carry clip was an option on the Fraxion.
 
ZT has a similar deep carry clip with the same screw pattern which would fit. The one on yours looks better though, i think.

That just shows how slow to the draw I can be.:confused::D.....it didn't even occur to me to look at ZT. But thanks for the compliment.
 
Thanks for all the info, I just got a Fraxion and want to deep pocket. I emailed Kershaw and for the moment, the parts service is kinda closed until sept or so.
 
Kershaw has amazing customer service. I remember being on the fence when they released premium versions of the Dividend. Hearing from others online that they were making a deep-carry clip available and it was free for the asking sold me. So I bought one. I called them up. They were happy to send me one, free of charge. Now it's my go-to for carrying tip-down in a shirt pocket.

The Fraxion is a cool little knife. With a street price under $25, it's reasonably priced for 8Cr13Mov. I never thought to ask them for a deep carry clip. I hated the stock clip but ended up taking it off. The shape of the overlay on one side really helps it to stay in hand. The strong, snappy detent is wonderful. That strong detent pairs with the small size and light weight to make the Fraxion ideal for loose pocket carry in sweat pants, flannel shirt pockets, etc.

The Fraxion is practically screaming for a couple of mods and the price makes it a good practice piece. The first and easiest is chamfering the inner scale edge. With the knife apart, either use sandpaper or an emery board, coarse then fine, to round off the inner scale edge. That little bit of work goes a long way towards making the Fraxion more comfortable to use. The second is using metal files to expand the sharpening choil. (The Fraxion typically comes with a tiny choil and an edge that stops short.) I've seen it done but I haven't gotten around to doing mine yet.
 
Kershaw/ZT customer service is second to none! I've had nothing but positive experiences with it. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.

Just one Mexican's experience.
