They won't be as thin as the hollow ground ones. And trying to make an estimate from the pics is a bit difficult, but they don't look to be very thin. I hope they get thinned out from where they are. A small knife needs to be a good cutter.

Yep. There are a few less extras than I had hoped due to breakage during machining, but there are still extras.
