I have had this one for only two days. Out of package everything was 100%.The knife-offers great utility. Half serrations and half PE. It's a sheepfoot with a slight belly. The knife opens from the outside as well as all of the other tools and with the rounded edges the tool is quite comfortable. I expected blade play, but there is none on any of the exterior tools or knife. It is pocket carry and does carry low. Very light weight. You don't know its there. The pliers are deployed butterfly style. Medium in size, they have proven to handle medium duty work loads. (Electrical, fuzz sticks for the fire, opening packages, tightening screws, adjusting irrigation sprinkler heads). I have tested the strap cutter on paracord, nylon utility rope and nylon straps as well as leather. It serves its intended purpose at 100% performance. Conclusion: a great tool for light to medium use, weekend carry or steady days at work with just the "crucial" tools you may need. I believe Gerber offers a bit kit for the Crucial to enhance duty.
