I just purchased one of these knives - unfortunately it will take a few weeks to get to me - and I want to carry it on my person for self defense (legal under our laws). My preferred method of concealment is a shoulder harness, where the knife hangs upside-down, however, this knife comes with a "soft" sheath (I'm not sure what the material is called) and for the purpose of this application, sheaths made from a rigid material prove much more effective. I was wondering whether anyone might have any suggestions for me as to what I might do to solve the problem? I did think of using this sheath, but adding some rigidity to it in some way.
